Job Description:

Will be responsible for primarily delivering HR Pre-Sales & Business solutions within the defined TAT. HR solutions will cover all HR activities, HR metrics reporting & HR laws across different countries and business vertical.

Incumbent will also be part of projects within the Business HR & Process Transformation team.

Skill-set:Work Exposure & (Certification) knowledge towards SAP HRM / HCM / HR, ERP applications is mandatory.

High learning curve, self-driven, good team player, excellent written & communication skills, ability to deliver within the TAT, flexible work management, high analytical skills, attention to detail, able to conceptualize & implement an activity/ project from start to finish.

Desired Profile:

Work Exposure & (Certification) knowledge towards SAP HRM / HCM / HR, ERP applications is mandatory.

Experience : 0 – to 1 year

Qualification : MBA passed out 2009 /2010 from reputed univiersity will be prefereed .

Desiring to hire candidate with experience in HR IT automation tools, Pre sales, Reporting & Analytics and Process Transformation skills.

Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, MS office.

BPO/ ITES industry work experience will be preferred.
