Job Description:

Meeting the sales target from the assigned bank/relationship branches/network

Analyze the assigned Branch’s potential and the Banks Customer Base which he/she will be associated with & use it logically for business development

Motivate the assigned channel partners team ( Say Branch Manager and his team) to enhance Insurance sales ( along with other banking products in some cases).

Willingness to travel extensively within assigned geographical limits & meet people.

Be thorough with product & work specific knowledge besides a general awareness on financial services industry updates.

Assist the client to choose the most appropriate product and act as a financial advisor.

Maintain excellent Cordial & professional beneficiary relations with the Clients and the Bank staff.

Responsible for post sales service, MIS maintenance at his level, daily activity reporting & partially for renewals.

Attitude to push one step forward to get things done.
