Admissions for 5th Batch (2011-2012)
Signal Processing :- BE/BTECH/AMIE in ECE, EIE, AMIE ( Electronics and Telecommunication Engg.) / AMIETE (Electronics & Telematics Engg.) or Equivalent
Software Engineering :- BE/BTECH/AMIE in CSE/CSIT/ Electronics & Computers Engg. / IT & Computer Science and Systems Engineering or Equivalent
Telecommunication Systems: - BE/B.TECH – Electronics and Communications Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics and Computer Engineering, Electronics and Telematics Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology or Equivalent
2.ENGLISH LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
Education in “English” as medium of instruction from secondary (10th Class) and Intermediate level (10+2) to the university level.
3.STRUCTURE OF DOUBLE DEGREE ( MASTERS) PROGRAM
The program is structured in 4 semesters (24 months) in such a way that, student pursue their education both in India and Sweden.
I- Semester at JNTUH, II-Semester & III-Semester at BTH, Sweden, IV-Semester – Project Work/ Thesis at BTH, Sweden.
4. FEES STRUCTURE
Rs. 150 000 /- Only for the entire program. Refund of fee will not be entertained once admission is made.
5.VISA REQUIREMENTS
There will be no tuition fee charged at Blekinge Institute of Technology, Sweden for their period of study at Sweden under Memorandum of Cooperation ( MoC) with JNTUH. Students should be able to fund their living expenses only for the stay at Sweden. Students should be able to show a minimum financial requirement of SEK 7300 per month for the entire planned study period. Documentation certifying one’s own must be provided at the time of applying visa. ( For 18months --- SEK 131400 approximately equivalent to Rs 900000 is financial requirement as per the rules of Swedish Migration Board). For further details check www.migrationsverket.se
NOTE:- Students are responsible to show the required financial proofs to the migration authorities while applying for student permit (VISA). BTH or JNTU will be no where responsible for the visa rejections caused on the grounds of in-sufficient financial funds/statements in front of Migration Board.
6. PLACEMENTS
The successful students are eligible for campus placements at JNTU-H as per JNTU- H norms. The previous batch students secured jobs in IBM, TCS, PATNI, ADP etc through campus placements at JNTU Hyderabad, Hyderabad.
7. HOW TO APPLY
Candidates are required to download application form from the website www.jntuh.ac.in.The duly filled in application with 2 sets of all the enclosures should reach the Director, Admissions, JNT University Hyderabad, Hyderabad- 500085 by post or in person before 5.00 p.m on 20-06-2011.
Applications received after 27-06-2011 ( with fine ) will not be accepted. Office of the Directorate of Admissions will not be responsible for the non-receipt or late receipt of applications sent by Post / Courier. In complete applications are liable to be summarily rejected.
8. LIST OF DOCUMENTS TO ATTACH WITH THE APPLICATIONS
Ø Attested copies of secondary education (10th Class) certificate.
Ø Attested copies of higher secondary education (10+2 Class ) certificate.
Ø Attested copies of qualifying examinations ( B.Tech / B.Engg. etc) degree certificate.
Ø Attested copies of consolidated marks memo of B.Tech / B.Engg.
Ø Affidavit Stating that the applicant is capable enough to fund the financial requirement (for 9 lakhs for 3 semester) in order to pursue education in Sweden.
Ø Copies of 1,2,3,4 and last pages of passport.
Ø DD of Rs1000/- from any nationalised bank in favour of Registrar, JNTU Hyderabad and payable at Hyderabad.

Ø DD of Rs2000/- from any nationalised bank in favour of Registrar, JNTU Hyderabad and payable at Hyderabad ( Late Submission, with fine ).
9. IMPORTANT DATES
Last date for Applications Submission without : 20- 06 - 2011, by 5.00 pm
Last date for application submission with fine of Rs 2000/- : 27 - 06 - 2011, by 5.00 pm
Entrance Examination date : 03 - 07 – 2011 ( 100 multiple choice questions : 2 hrs duration time)
Display of results of Entrance Examination will be displayed on : 06 - 07 - 2011
Date of Counselling : 09 – 07 - 2011
Commencement of 1st Semester Class work at JNTUH : 1st August, 2011
