Job Description:
Acquire knowledge on HSBC products and service offerings
Efficiently answer customer queries on various products and services offered by the bank
Skills Required:
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to interpret and handle complex numerical data
Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
Good keyboard skills
Flexibility to work in shifts
Good excel skills(shortcuts)
Desired Profile:
Minimum Education Criteria: Graduation/class 12th pass
Age Criteria: 18-50 Years
Years of Experience:
0 – 5 years of experience in customer service(voice)
Type of Experience:
BPO experience will be added advantage
Skills Sets: Excellent English communication skills, Good keyboard skills, Flexibility to work in shifts.
