Not able to talk to customer care executive. It used to be better before. SBI should rectify this immediately.

Settled my a/c with SBI Card on 31st October 2004 against proper settlement letter issued by the Card Issuing Authority ... But till date , every month , SBI card call centre will call my ailing mother for the re-settlement or closure of the a/c....

Actually they had become shameless and non-customer oriented ... Everytime they talk to me , they will say that matter will be looked into ... But shamelessly , next month a new caller will be on the line to make the same demand of resettlement/closure of the a/c ...
