Vikrama Simhapuri University(VSU Nellore) Convocation Notification Application 2014....simhapuriuniv.ac.in
Vikrama Simhapuri University(VSU Nellore) has issued first Convocation Notification for the University Students.
1. The 1st CONVOCATION of the University for the conferment of Bachelor, Master Degrees on successful completion of the formalities for awarding degrees to the candidates, is likely to be held during March, 2014. The actual date and time of the above Convocation will be intimated through the daily news papers in due course.
2. The candidates who passed Post Graduate Courses viz., M.A., M.Sc., M.Com., M.Com (B.F); M.S.W., M.Com.(F.M)., M.B.A., MTTM., M.Ed., M.C.A. M. Tech., etc., THROUGH V.S. University College, Nellore and whose results were published in September, 2013 or earlier are eligible for admission to the above convocation. They will be admitted to their respective Degrees either “IN PERSON” or “IN ABSENTIA” .
3. The candidates who passed Post graduate courses through Affiliated Colleges shall be admitted to their respective Degrees “IN ABSENTIA” only.
4. The candidates who desire to attend the convocation and receive the Degrees “IN PERSON” may apply for “IN PERSON”. The Degrees of the candidates, who are not able to attend the convocation in person though applied for “IN PERSON” and admitted for “IN ABSENTIA” will be sent by Registered post after the convocation is over.
5. The candidates who are awarded with Gold medals and Prizes shall be admitted to the convocation “IN PERSON” only
6. The candidates who passed. B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., B.Ed., ,LL.B., BBM., B.A.(OL) and B.C.A., etc., and whose results were published in September, 2013 or earlier will be admitted to their respective Degrees under “IN ABSENTIA”. The Degrees relating to the candidates will be sent to the Principals of the Colleges concerned.
7. The eligible candidates who are intending to receive their Degrees in the above convocation, may apply in the prescribed application form which may be downloaded through www.simhapuriuniv.ac.in
8. The filled in application forms along with the enclosures in original shall be submitted in person or by post to the Controller of Examinations, V.S. University, Nellore-524 003, so as to reach the office on or before 20 -02-2014 by 5.00 P.M. together with the DD drawn in favour of the Registrar, Vikrama Simhapuri University, Nellore, on any nationalized bank payable at Nellore- 524 001.
9. The name and address of the candidate should be mentioned on the back-side of the Demand draft invariably.
10. The University is not responsible for any postal delay or loss in transit. The Convocation may be held on any day during March, 2014 but, the application received after the above said last date (20-02-2014) shall stand rejected automatically
